Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026  ·  domainsecurityarmor.com

01The short version

We don't collect the domains, email addresses, or keys you enter. Everything on the generator page — building your SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI/MTA-STS/TLS-RPT/CAA records and generating your DKIM keypair — runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. None of that input is sent to our servers, logged, or stored by us.

02Information we do collect

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may automatically log standard technical data when you visit:

DataPurpose
IP address, browser type, device typeBasic security, abuse prevention, aggregate traffic stats
Pages visited, referring URLUnderstanding which pages are useful, in aggregate
Approximate location (city/country level)Aggregate analytics only — never tied to what you generate

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or payment details to use the generator.

03Cookies

We use only the minimal cookies or local storage needed to remember basic display preferences (like whether the options panel is open). We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles.

04Third-party links and affiliates

The site links to third-party products, including affiliate links to registrars, deliverability tools, and certificate providers. If you click through, that provider's own privacy policy governs any data you give them — we do not pass your domain, email, or generated records to these partners. We may receive a commission based on the fact that you clicked or signed up, but not based on any data from what you generated here.

05Data retention

Because we don't collect the content you generate, there's nothing to retain or delete on our end for that data. Standard server/analytics logs (per Section 2) are retained only as long as needed for security and aggregate analytics, then rotated out.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you under regulations such as GDPR or CCPA. Since we don't collect or store the domain-specific data you generate, these rights primarily apply to the limited technical logs described above. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

07Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
