01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using domainsecurityarmor.com (“Domain Armor,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02What the service does

Domain Armor is a free tool that generates DNS record templates for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and CAA based on the domain name and options you enter. All generation, including DKIM keypair creation, happens locally in your browser — we do not receive, store, or transmit the domain names, email addresses, or keys you enter.

03No warranty, no liability

The records, keys, and policy files produced by this tool are provided “as is,” for informational and convenience purposes only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • the generated records are complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific mail infrastructure;
  • publishing these records will improve deliverability, prevent spoofing, or pass any particular compliance requirement;
  • the DKIM keypair, once generated, is retrievable if you close the page without downloading it.
Review before you publish. DNS changes — especially DMARC policies set to reject and MTA-STS set to enforce — can block legitimate mail if misconfigured. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated records against your actual sending infrastructure before adding them to your DNS zone.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domain Armor and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this tool — including lost mail, failed deliveries, or misconfigured domains.

04Your responsibilities

You agree to use this tool only for domains you own or are authorized to configure, and not to use it to facilitate spoofing, phishing, or any unlawful activity.

05Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

This site includes links to third-party products and services, some of which are affiliate links. If you sign up through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of unlimited scope — evaluate any third-party service on its own merits.

06Intellectual property

The Domain Armor name, design, and code on this site are provided for your use in generating and downloading your own DNS records. The DNS records, keys, and files you generate are yours to use without restriction.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
